We stand behind the quality of every piece we make.
WHAT IS COVERED:
Damaged or defective products, printing errors, wrong size or product shipped by us. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
Change of mind, incorrect size selected by customer, minor color variations due to screen differences, products that have been worn or washed.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
- Email support@sector11.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
- We review within 24 hours and confirm next steps.
- Replacement or refund processed within 3-5 business days.
